DESIGN

The design process starts with the client’s product specifications. This can vary from a simple description of the measurements and the demands of the material, to a comprehensive product sheet specifying the material, the safety demands, including a dimensioned plan, complete with detailed product drawings.

ENGINEERING
In both cases, our Engineering Department will then produce their own product drawing, geared to the injection mould process. This drawing will be presented to the client for approval.

|
In addition to Autocad, we also use Cimatron for this purpose.
Cimatron is professional 3D software, especially developed for the engineering of injection
moulds and products.
|
|
TOOLING
The required moulds and tools are manufactured in our own Tool Workshop. Our starting points here are quality and durability.
After an initial trial run, the products will only be released for production, after you have given written permission to do so.
